Description

Coral is antacid, antibilious, antiphlegmatic, astringent, diuretic, emetic, laxative, nervine and tonic. Its chief use is in spasmodic cough, phthisis, chronic bronchitis, asthma, low fever, urinary diseases, spermatorrhoea, gleet, gonorrhoea, carbuncle and as a nervine tonic in headache, giddiness, migraine and vertigo.

As it is a rich natural source of easily digestible calcium, it is useful in general debility, weakness of heart, palpitation and osteoporosis. Also strengthens the brain and improves memory and also removes cold and catarrh due to weakness of brain.

Recommended Dosage: 62.5 mg to 125 mg Calcined Coral (Bhasma).

Contraindication: Coral is not recommended in patients with kidney disorders.
